Hey, welcome to my Tumblr! I have some ships and random things I reblog! Maybe one day I'll show my face! Now just sit back and enjoy.
The girl who Slept Forever
Sorry for the late update. This song’s chapter is Born to Die by Lana Del Rey.
Chapter 6: A broken memory
Natsu was laying in Lucy’s bed, tossing a small ball in the air, Lucy next to him, watching intently. Juvia sat at the edge of the bed, next to Gray. Silence had befallen all of them, their minds simultaneously stuck.
“I’m sure there’s something we can do. I mean it’s not like I don’t wanna see her.” Lucy spoke, breaking the tension in the room. “I know it was easier for you two, but this is why we’re here, brainstorming. It’s a really good plan, Juvia’s right, it will be easier to trigger her memory if we can communicate with her. So, just…what exactly do we have to do? It’s gotta be special.”
“Does it? Juvia didn’t seem to like me being so close to her, that doesn’t seem special.”
“It’s special to me. I never like you being too close.” She said with a smile. “I mean that in the best way possible.”
Natsu didn’t respond with words, but he gave her that toothy grin of his.
“We both gotta really want it, and I don’t think it should be forced, like you guys – it wasn’t forced right? So it just has to happen naturally I guess.”
There was silence among them yet again.
“I guess until then, we just wait for something to happen.” Lucy said out loud, pinching the bridge of her nose.
“Sounds boring. Can we wait like…on a job or something?”
“Well yeah Natsu we’re not just gonna stop our lives, we’re just gonna go about things until it does happen. Maybe she’ll be triggered before you can even get her to see me.”
“sounds like a plan.” Juvia spoke dryly, very unlike her. She tapped her fingers together and removed herself from the bed and out of the room. The rain woman stood at the window watching the storm go on and the floods become worse.
Why can’t I stop this? How could I be doing this if I’m not even…living? Truly living?
